![]() RTV the ends (front/rear) of the intake with 1/4" bead on the intake and 1/4" on the block. Let them sit 5 minutes, then assemble (squish) together.
RTV a light (bread and butter) smear around each water port for the intake/heads gasket (both sides). Use ARP assembly Moly lube for all the bolts, and ARP thread sealant on lower (outter) head bolts and all your thermostat and cap-plugs... NO NOTHIN' on the head gaskets themselves (just dry). p.s. Get some Thread Chasers from Summit for $15. To clean out the threads of gunk, to get accurate reading when torquing everything down. I just did all this in April when I put this motor together.
