I've never heard of Travis so don'tfeel bad that you haven't heard of Tulare ... Tulare is known as a "vacaville" ha cowville.... vaca = cows in portuguese.... if thats what u mean 2 in ur post

Vacaville is a real town, but it is funny ithat Vaca means cow. Cowville, I'll never forget that.
