Low profile ('skinny') tires by nature of their design are going to give you a harsher ride and they do blow out easier due to the low 'profile'.
If bad roads are a reality for you I wouldn't recommend them on a daily driver. Week-end cruiser or show car, yes, but a real low-profile tire on a daily driver on pot-holed roads will not be much fun, despite the good looks. |
