Sounds like vapor lock, but the weather is too cold in Pa. right now. Try duplicating the problem. If this happens all the time after it's been running for 10 minutes, try loosening the cap and see if that works, or don't loosen the cap and see if it will restart in the same amount of time. If the carb is getting plenty of fuel while this is happening, then it's not the cap or vapor lock. If you have an electric choke, that could be the problem. Everytime you turn the key off, the choke resets. That means that when you try to restart it, the choke is likely shut. You can try turning the key on for 20 seconds, then trying to start it, and see if that works when it's warmed up.
