I have never seen a adjustable Mass Air meter. But Interactive Technologies has the Air Adjuster that allows fin tuning of the meter, and Pro-M offers the Optomizer which also allows adjustment.

The optimizer is an adjustable mass air meter, but its a piece of crap. I had one, sent it back twice, still didnt work right, and finally got rid of it.

I have the Pro M Optimizer on my car and it works great. Last time I was on the dyno I gained 15rwhp and 14rwtq just from adjusting my AFR with the Optimizer. I'd recommend it.
