Unless you are trying to do an orginal restoration on the car I would scrap the majority of the vacume lines on that motor. Most of them probably run the EGR system and in my opinon that does more harm than good. The only lines you need are a vacume line to the dist. and a big line going to the PCV valve in the valve cover. The line going to the dist should be a timed vacume line from the carb (If you need help finding a timed vacume port just ask). You should also find the vacume line that runs the heater controls and hook it up so your heater and air will work properly. (If you have trouble finding it ask and I can look on my car to see where it comes through the firewall at)If you have power brakes you also need a line going to the brake booster. As for the eletrical crap it would be alot easier for you to ask specific questions than for me to go through what each wire goes to. If you get a Haynes(sp) manual it has a great wiring diagram in the back if you know how to read it. I hope I could help some and if you need any more help just ask.
