He should be able to have the heads cc'd for not too much. The factory tolerances on the PI head is terrible. +/- 1.5cc. On a head with a 43.75cc combustion chamber, that's a huge difference in compression. Have them all cc'd to 46cc or so. That way they will all be the same, and his CR will drop a lot.
