Outplayin-
Yeah, I've been to the track, thats why I feel like I need to do a gear swap.LOL. I'm running 10.20s in the 1/8th with a basically stock heavy AOD convertible so I hope to see some good improvement. 10.20's convert to about a 15.90 in the 1/4.

Fubar-
Thanks again for the help. I believe the torque is like 140 ft lbs on the pinion nut till theres no play. Then like 25 inch pounds to load the bearing. Does that sound about right?
