I've heard people say that the Pro 5.0 is a bit "notchier" than others. I like the notchy feel of my Pro 5.0 and would buy it again if I needed another one. It's a BIG difference from the stock shifter and makes it nearly impossible to miss a shift.

I've heard the best setup is actually a Pro 5.0 shifter with a Steeda Tri-Ax handle.
