				 |  5.0 liter aluminum block??? I was wondering if ford or anyother aftermarket manufacturer had made a 5.0 block out of aluminum....think of the possibilioties if they did.... |

				 |   I think i remember seeing one in the FRPP catalog, or maybe it was a 351, or maybe both. They dont have prices listed for it, so i'd expect it to be VERY expensive. If I were to spend a huge amount of money on just a block, then I'd just get an R-302 block. But thats just me

				 |   DART just came out with a new 4 bolt main block in a small block ford casting. It is available in 4 different deck height configuirations, and they are considering making it into an aluminum casting as well. The cool thing about thier blocks is that they were developed by drag racers so they have extra thick cylinder walls and webbing areas. They also have some other trick features, and come fully machined. They are expensive however, but they are so sweet.
