I'm originally from Annapolis, and I have family down by NAS Pax River, so I'm quite familiar with your location. The answer to your question is Yes, other parts of the country are WAY different. I get revved on by ricers while I'm in the family car at least once a week. (wimpy stock 4 cyl Mitsubishi Lancer) And If I'm in the stang, its at least 4 times a week...
