are you dead set on a posi, or are you open to other differentials? there is a locker differential made by powertrax, its relatively cheap as far as diff's go and it can be installed in your garage in just a couple of hours with no special tools. here is the link:

you can get it on summitracing.com for about $300 just a suggestion
