![]() let the car shift itself. as for getting off the line fast it wont happen in the auto without gears and maybe a conver. and in between your runs give the car(motor and trans) time to cool down maybe try the ice on the intake. but make sure the trans has time to cool down at least because autos build a lot of heat and heat is a bad thing so dont make run after run without it cool down I liked to wait 45min -60min between each run.( when I had my 95GT and yes it was an auto my ex wife could not drive stick)
