Stock cam is around (211,115lsa,.444")

THe E cam is the crane 2040 (220,110lsa,.498)

THe crane 2031 cobra cam was made for this combo (214/220,112lsa,.513/.529), with 1.7 rr.

If you use 1.6 rockers, go with the crane 2030 (216/220,112lsa,.533/.544)... essentially the same.

These give you a little more lift, and the modest duration maintains cylinder pressure, so it'll work better with the speed density. Plus, the 112lsa has a broader torque band, so it'll be better on the street. You can get either cam kit (with springs) for $210... so it might be worth it to get the heads bare, and get the better manley race flow valves for $195.

If you're not gonna blow it, definitely increase compression by some milling... 0.030" = 0.5 more compression.

You might consider some cheaper Explorer/GT40P iron heads too... more compression, more heat retention, and smaller ports/runner = high flow velocity, and good low end performance.
