I'll give it a shot, I was going to go the opposite way but when I added everything up it wasn't cheap, to go carb shouldn't be quite as bad, here goes.

1. Tank pick up-you may be able to get away with taking out your fuel pump assembly and jamming a piece of 3/8" aluminum fuel line in place of the stock line and siliconing it in place.

2. 4ft of -6 AN push-lok hose or braided hose. $8-push-lok, $14 braided.

3. Roll of 3/8" aluminum tubing, $25

4. Various fittings for the fuel line (I can give you a complete list if needed) $45

5. Holley blue pump with regulator $98

6. Fuel filter (spliced into the push-lok hose $10)

7. Carb of choice, for fun Speed Demon 650, Mech secondaries
$439.00

8. Intake of choice, Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap $229.95

9. MSD 6A box $140

10. MSD blaster 2 coil $34.00

11. MSD distributor with vacuum advance $259.95

12. Throttle cable and bracket $10-Junkyard.

13. K&N Air cleaner $119.95
$1417.95
All the other costs I can think of you'd still have with any engine swap. You could save quite a bit of money by going with lesser parts such as an 85 rollercam distributor, non-air gap manifold, edelbrock, carter, or many other carbs that'll still perform great.

With an edelbrock 600cfm man. choke, rpm manifold, K&N filter in stock dual snorkel air cleaner, and an Accel distributor it would be:
$903.80

You'd definitely save money over fuel injection doing it this way, I was just making sure beforehand that you knew to include the items I listed, just remember that they don't run well when cold, they tend to be jumpy until they are warm and they don't have the low end punch of the fuelies. City mileage is sketchy but out on the highway I get 25+mpg. The top end power will make you smile though. Good Luck and let me know how it turns out.
