I have the H&R race springs and Bilsteins on my Pace Car (not a vert, though). It is a good setup for aggressive street driving. Not too low, not too stiff, and helps the handling alot.
Spring stiffness is measured in lb/in - this is how many pounds of force it takes to compress the spring 1 inch.
