Just make sure and keep the fluid level up until it's fixed, mine leaked until it broke, now i keep an eye on my new one, although it doesnt leak, cuz it's new,

yea a body shop could probaly repair the doors at a decent price, not sure, but like mentioned above, do it yourself and save money, my car has 188K and still looks real nice, im sure someone before me refreshed the door pins, and kept the car up.
