You will need cam bearings and freeze plugs I believe. That block may need to be clearanced for the longer rod depending on the kit you get, if you use a 5.4" rod it will need to be clearenced then since it is a 331 it will need to be bored .030" over and finshed honed again. Most of the kits can come with bearings, rings etc...you will need a timing chain and oil pump as well.
Not sure if you have found a kit yet but we got a FORGED 331 kit through Brian Adams and he was cheaper then all the others, got a 4340 crank, 4340 H beam rods, Probe pistons, correct rings and bearings for hundereds less then the others.
