Cell phones and cars

I use a cell phone in the car... but nobody ever calls me. Nobody likes me, everybody hates me, think I'll eat some worms!!!

Seriously. I've seen a lot of people on the road who can't control themselves and get all caught up in a conversation, and I've also seen some VERY alert cell phone users.

I just favor more aggressive penalties for causing an accident while using a cell phone. Make the cell phone an added violation. Kind of a secondary law. Like seatbelts used to be. If you're not driving stupid, there's no reason to punish you.
