![]() smokedchevy, you seem to know your $hit when it comes to the Powerdyne. I'm coming to you from now on with my PD questions :} Here's a question for you, I have heard ASP makes pullies (crank I believe) that can increase the boost on the PD without putting more stress on the blower. Would you happen to know anything about this? Thanx
SaleenGTS, I see about 4psi on my boost gauge. I wouldn't worry too much about your boost pressure. Isn't boost a measure of back pressure? You seem to have a good combo so though you don't see 9psi, you are still making good power. If you are making 390+rwhp untuned, you have alot left on the table. With 9psi, you are most likely making great torque numbers. I still have some hp in my combo but my torque seems to be maxed. ------------------ FMS/Powerdyne 6psi SC, 73mm maf, 65mm TB, Cobra u/l intake, 24lb inj, 1.7" rockers, GT-40Y aluminum heads, Steeda #19 cam, MAC 1 5/8" long-tubes, MAC 2 1/2" pro-chamber, Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers, MAC 2 1/2" chromed exhaust, BBK 255lph fuel pump, FMS aluminum drive shaft, FMS 3.55 gears, and custom chip dyno-tuned by Swanson Performance. 391.0rwhp/377.5 rwtq SAE corrected |
