Last year I lived down in Richmond and I'd see a $70K + car get totalled every week. If only the offshore parents saw how their kids behave with the 100's of thousands of $$ they send their children every year! The crappy part about that is without these kids our insurance rates would be half as much.

yeah really they do drive like tards. one time i was going up scott road and this guy in a bmw pulled up next to me at 96th and when the light turned green he shot off the line to get ahead of me so he wouldn't be behind me and he gets to the hill and takes her right off the corner there. i was talking to the cop and he said the kid had only gotten his licence two days earlier. luckly no one got hurt, hopefully the dumb@ss learned his lesson. even if its a expensive car its still easy to write it off.
