That RPM for shifting sounds about right, but the fuel pressure sounds way high to me (~40 psi more like it?). Might want to tinker with the fuel pressure a bit and see if that helps. Other than that, next time note the temperature, humidity, and barometer when you're at the track and try altitude correcting it using some of the online programs available. The tranny and rearend can definitely affect your ET's as well.
