For my combo with Windsor Jr's and a rumply cam, I used aftermarket, stock length, hardened pushrods from FMS.

If you are running aftermarket roller rockers, you will need guide plates, and if you need guide plates, you need hardened pushrods. The Windsors I have from Keith Craft Racing came with guideplates already installed.
