I got a car finally!!!!!

Hey guy's I finally found a car. It's a 91 LX 5.0 vert. White with black top. BONE STOCK.

I have to put a new back window in the top, but once I do, im putting on flows and getting rid of those whimpy stock mufflers

Sounds sweet man. AWESOME RIDE!!! lol I got a 7up vert. Have fun with it before it gets to cooolllddddd to drive with the top down. Summer is almost at a close.

Those 7up verts are very nice

I really think I got a steal on this car. It's in great shape for the price.... It's got 133k miles on it, and I swear it runs perfect. Im going to pick it up today, and do a tuneup on it, and then get the convertible top widnow replaced and I should be ready to go. When I get some money saved up again, im going to buy 3 chamber flows to replace the stock mufflers.

Im glad I can finally join you guys in modding my stang. I can't wait to eat up on some rice burners and camaros.

Sounds nice, and welcome to the Mustang community.

If I were you, I would either dump the auto, or work it over, to get the best performance. The AOD is probably the worst tranny Ford ever made, so either have it done right with a good converter, shift kit, valve body, and shifter, or put in a stick. Good luck, and again welcome.

It's a shift kit. What it does is make the shifts A LOT firmer.

He's right. I chose to build up my AOD. I wanted to do a aod-t5 swap, but hey I don't really have that much experience to do that kinda thing. So I went this route. I'm going with the PI stallion converter. I'll let you know how that works out!

I ended up talking the guy down to $2,700. The only thing it needs is a new window for the top, which I am looking into now. Other than that, everything works.

That is a good deal man. I picked up mine for $3600. Stock. You should think about swapping for T5 or building up your AOD to start off your list of modifications. After my PI Stallion converter goes on, I'm gonna do full exhaust. Can't wait.
