Ive done this conversion and it was simple. There was no fuel injector modifications required. the trucks are not sequential, thus the additional work involved in converting a truck, but a mustang 5.0 SD to mass air, both are sequential injected.

There are a couple wires to be swapped around, and the install of the Meter, wiring harness, swapping ECM's, and you modify the MAP/BAP sensor. thats all there is to it.
