[B]sorry, kind of off topic, but i was wondering where you all got the nittos? i dont see them online at jegs or summit. i was thinking of getting some goodrich drag radials but the nittos sound like they may be better from the replies. my e.t. streets were shredded almost brand new from glass on the street which is everywhere. sliced em like butter. not going back to those! what is the price on those vs the goodrich @ close to 150 a peice? thanx, _____________________________________________ I have never tried out the BF-Goodrich drag radials but I have seen the mickey thompsons in action I think the mickey thompsons suck for the street but are the best drag radial out there for the track my dad has a built 383 stroker in a 73' camaro and his mickey thompsons held traction pretty good with low pressure and a good burn out. I have nitto drag radials on my stang and they are good enough for the mods I have but I think if I had more power I would go with some mickey thompons. This guy at work is gonna give me some mickey thompsons with about half of the tread left and I will see how thy compare with the nitto's. I bought my nitto's out of a 5.0 magazine for $290.00 for 245/50/16's ------------------ 88 mustang gt convertible bored to 306 BBk equal length headers mac cold air fender kit cowl hood nitto drag radials ford racing clutch flow masters h-pipe 160* thermostat 16 degrees of timing electric fan off 94' t-bird jacobs electronics cap and wires |
