![]() I am using a solid GM trans mount with a 1 1/4" spacer. I am trying to run collector extensions on my hooker long tubes, but the pipes hit the crossmember and the bracket the cross member mounts to. Is my spacer too thick? That would lower the engine angle and headers or do I just have to modify my x-member. I don't have a torch or welder I have to cut and pound to modify stuff. If I lower the spacer that will make my driveshaft too for into the tranny I think. Just not sure how to run the exhaust.
