Honestly there aren't any freebie mods for 4.6 cars. The air silencer will be in debate till the end of time but it isn't nearly as restrictive as the 5.0's were. In fact some have dyno numbers to prove it hurts performance by removing it. You can't port the MAF because it's plastic and it will screw up the calibrations of the car pretty bad.
