It sounds like everything is going in the right direction
 I really don't know about the deal with his body temp, but if you look at what you and your family were facing just a few days ago, and how things are looking now, I think you would agree that it is looking much better. It sounds like you and the family are really keeping strong and together, this is exactly what you bro needs right now. Good job!!! As far as the right and left brain things, don't dwell on any limitations your bro MIGHT have, just focus your efforts and thoughts on getting him better. Just from this site he's getting a lot of positive thoughts and prayers. Stay strong, and thanks for the updates.
