![]() My old man had a '65 Mustang. It was far from stock, and he would run the car hard with me in it as a small child.
That Chevelle is certainly not his everyday car, and my guess is that his daily driver is far from a stock Chevelle. If you race a daily driver that's a different story. I'm sure I'll catch heat for saying that, but whne you race an original muscle car, it doesn't have the same effect. It's like a gun, my father had a lot of them, and would take me shooting. I didn't grow up thinking I could grab one and go shoot people. He handled the '65 the same way. I respect them both, and don't think it's ok to mess around with either.
