With only that information, I would have to assume a worst case scenario. A fair body to me means it may have rust in the floor pans, cowl area, body parts (maybe even frame rails). I would assume an IL6, 3 speed manual, 7 1/2" rear axle and 4 lug wheels. I would have to assume that the engine isn't running and is not even rebuildable. I personally would not not buy the car at any price as it may cost more to fix it than it would be worth. That's my take on it anyway.
