![]() Okay, that will work too. The balancer, on the front of the engine, and the flexplate (or flywheel for sticks) are a matched set, but Ford changed their balancing weight amount in 1983, so having one part out of an '87 and the other out of a '66 would result in a dead engine in about 300 to 500 miles.
