The 302 to 351 swap shouldn't be that bad.
You're looking at a new intake manifold, distributor, front accessory brackets, flywheel, amoung some other things. There is an article in 5.0 a couple of months ago, If I remember I'll look it up at home. Or someone, who's done the change can post.  |
