my first time too..
FiveOh is right. i just did my stock E7's. only did the exhaust though. i was told by many who run in the stock eliminator class, to raise the roof of the exhuast, get rid of the bumps and basically square out the exhaust port to make it more uniform. i posted it already in Windsor :
