1st off. Ditch the 2.73's for 3.73's, then get a nice set of long tubes and an offroad h-pipe. If you can try to get an intake and maybe a mild cam. But a CAI and some pulleys and a C&L mass air meter will all help. I understand the budget, just get the gears and headers 1st. They alone should make a huge difference.
