Fuel pressure regulator is located behind the tb on the fuel rail between the intake and the firewall on the passenger side. I beleive a pressure test would be done by the schrader valve though, which is on the fuel line that runs from the fuel rail between the alternator and cyl 1. just follow the fuel lines from the intake to the front of the motor and you will find a fitting with a plastic cap on it. You should be able to run a fuel system test from there.
