![]() JMS Chips use the Autologic software that is reprogrammable. The first chip will set you back $300 or so and then it's $80 for re-burns after that. However, if upon receiving your chip your idle problem isn't fixed, or you don't like the program selections, etc., you can ship it back within a couple weeks and they will re-burn it for free.
The best way to do a chip is to have one burned in conjunction with a dyno tune. This way, they can monitor many aspects of your engine in order to maximize power without taking things to the limit. The JMS Chips do come with a 'dip switch' which will have three separate programs to chose from. Each program will be described in the instruction sheet. Hope this helps, E
