Ricer causes my dad to get a ticket

I agree with you about pedestrians and such induction but thats why i said you should get a ticket if your spinning tires uncontrollably (sp) or like fishtailing. But from what I understand Erics dad just took off fast in a controlled manner and probably made alot of noise I wouldnt consider that dangerous. Especially if his dad has the judgement to do something like that he probably would have looked first.
