![]() Get a hi-flow h-pipe with cat's. Pulleys are worth some power, but they spin the altinator and water pump slower. So if you've got a stereo system or you like in a hot climate don't use them.
Don't **** with the camshafts. A stall converter is part of the tranny, it makes it more efficent, increases torque and allows it to rev higher off the line. ie when you punch it, it will flash up to 2800 rpms instead of 1600 rpms, it gets you in your powerband faster. A chip will add almost nothing in a stockish car. FYOI, the camshaft opens and closes the valves on the motor.
