![]() i just went to the parts store and bought some 3m fine cut rubbing compound and used my orbital buffer and it took them off. you would have an easier time if you have an actual buffer though. the reason mine got the spots is because when i painted it i didnt use clear coat. (looked good enough) anyways, good luck.
