I saved your reply for future reference, but i don't think it's the problem. I'm getting the common bearing whir noise. I'm just at a loss for possibilities. Hate to replace something that doesn't need replacing, I was hoping someone would reply that an overly common front bearing to fail is ______! And I'd say, "Ok I'll try it!"
No such luck. I'll let you know what I figure out.
