216 rwhp and 14.4 @ 95 sound way off from where you should be. The only thing I can thing of is that your Automatic is stealing lots of HP. Is your stall set correctly?
Also, 24 # injectors would probably be ideal for your set-up with stock fuel pressure. Maybe you have a bad injector? Does your engine eat oil? Man, this one has me stumped!
