Post How much does timing help

I still have the stock timing I think it is 10 , but I have been thinking about raising it up to 14 degrees, do you guys think this would help much,


95 GT , cold air induction, MSD6AL, 155LPH Fuel pump,Superchip,3:73 Gears, Headers,O/R H-pipe,Flows,MSD Coil.I don't know my E/T because I never have a chance to run it the AOD-E keeps breaking ,its in the tranny shop right now its been their over a month now.
