Thanx guys, i feel a little better, the conditions im sure played a part, i had timing at 13-14 with 93 octane, 89cobralx, i think you brought up a good point, i got the chip for free, and should have known it should be used with a 160-180 stat, also i should have an o-r h-pipe with the chip, i think a cat cvrtr is clogged too.

heh, we checked timing on my friends 85 coupe (carbed) car, he had like 20 degrees of timing, so we were like holy #$%, but he ran a 13.3 @101, and 105 mph on the next run.
