When is the last time you changed your fuel filter??? A new filter and a bigger pump should correct your problems, as stated already

What concerned me was that you put teflon tape on the tapered AN fittings??? Did I read that right? Or did you only use sealer where the pipe threads are? Teflon tape is a no-no, which I'm sure you've realized at this point, but sealer on the flared AN attachments is a BIG no-no... Get some liquid teflon sealant (permatex or equiv.) and use it only on the tapered pipe threads... not the AN threads.
