F has pretty good low end torque. More so than stock. Only difference between F and the B cam is the duration and lift. The F cam has a intake and exhaust lift of .512 and has a duration of 226 226 at .050. The B cam has an intake and exhaust lift of .480 and the duration is 224 224 @.050. hope this helps.
