Well i went to the place i got my car dyno'd today and they said a cam with 225 duration and a lift of somewhere around 5.500..

Then he said what you should really do is call and have one made just for you... Man that's twice as much almost but i guess its worth it?

I hate to look back and say man i should have put in a better cam when it was being put together.

This is my first real motor project... so i think i will stay small (302) then work my way up to 351 someday.

60' = 2.04; 1/4 = 13.9 on street tires
dynoed with 87 octane at 240hp 310 lb torch w/out nitrous. Its a pooch but im working on it.
