He is enjoying putting the cops threw all this trouble... he thinks he is invisable and keeps pushing his luck... he keeps doing it in a more populated area or somewhere where he is more likely to be caught, he doesn't want to give himself up like that though.
And the media always ruins everything but they are not really letting much out. Obviously this guy isn't going to be driving this van when he is doing his shootings, and honestly how many of those vans are there. And it's so stuck in people's mind so as soon as they see a shooting, they look for a white van right away. I think they will eventually find this guy but it's going to be a long while before they do. §am.
