I drive between 18-30 miles each way to work, depending on route, and a fair amount of city driving. I usually put on 400-500 miles a week, about 250 just going to work.
I used to get 17-18MPG in my '95 4.6L T-Bird and 15-17 in my 2000 4cyl Wrangler with 30X9.5 Mickey Thompson tires and 4.11 gears, 29MPG in my '81 4cy deisel Mercedes 240D and 42MPG in my '94 Metro 4dr 5spd w/ac and 12" tires (I list those items 'cuz they matter on that car!). I get 18-19MPG in my 'Stang.
