Is this a fuse or what?

My driver's side window has stopped going up and down. It actually doesn't move at all. It didn't give any indications of giving out, but it's always been a tad slower at going up than the passenger's side window. Do I need a new window motor or are there different fuses for either side? Just wanted to check before I drop $80 on a motor. BTW...passenger's side still works fine.

If it's stuck, you should hear a click when trying to move it. If no click maybe a bad connection. You do have an '84 so it might be time for it to go! I have been lucky with the windows in my '88 but have replaced the lock actuators long ago!
